It might sound like a bit of an old-fashioned thing, and you’re right that it’s been missing in Maya for some time now. But this is where the new Game Vertex Count Display comes into play! With just one click on its interface layer called “Vertex Limit,” any object can be previewed with how many vertices will be generated before being exported out to other software such as Unreal or Unity.
The need for counting numbers has never looked better thanks tp this handy little utility – who knew something so simple could make your workflow so much easier?
