Apam gula hangus gebu
Bahan A
1 cawan gula pasir
1 cawan air panas
2 sdb marjerin
Panaskan gula hingga perang/cair.masukkan air panas kacau hingga cair,kemudian masukkan marjerin,larutkan dan sejukkan.
Bahan B
11/2 Cawan tepung gandum
1sdk soda bikarbonat
2 biji telur A
2 sdb susu pekat manis
1/2 cawan minyak masak
Esen vanilla
1.Satukan tepung gandum dan sodas bikarbonat,kacau ..tepikan
2.Blender telur dulu,maukkan susu pekat manis,minyak masak,esen vanilla,air gula hangus dasn campuran tepung.
3.Acuan disapu minyak,tuang adunan 3/4 penuh.
4.Kukus 15 minit,siap..hidang bersama kelapa parut jika suka.

Steamed caramel cupcake
Material A
caramel sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp margarine
Heat the sugar until brown/melted. Add hot water, stir until melted, then add the margarine, dissolve and cool.

Material B
1 1/2 Cup wheat flour
1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs A
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
Vanilla essence

1. Combine wheat flour and bicarbonate of soda, stir .. set aside
2.Blender the eggs first, add sweetened condensed milk, cooking oil, vanilla essence, caramel sugar and flour mixture.
3.The mold is oiled, pour the batter 3/4 or half full.
4.Steam for 15 minutes, ready..serve with grated coconut if you like.
