RAW VEGAN DIET VLOG MORNING ROUTINE | APPLE CIDER VINEGAR + SEA MOSS BENEFITS July 2, 2021

Today’s Raw Vegan Diet Vlog is about my morning routine. I like to prepare my stomach with a warm drink of tea with apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon, and ginger. This apple cider vinegar drink is amazing! It soothes my stomach and curbs my appetite which helps me continue with my raw vegan diet VLOG. Occasionally, I’ll begin my morning with room temperature water. This is usually followed by two tablespoons of sea moss. Sea moss benefits are endless! I always keep my sea moss in it’s raw form. I wash it, soak it until it expands and then blend it in a blender with spring water until it is the consistency I like. It’s an all around feel good food source.
