How to Convert a 2D Image to 3D Object in Blender (A Basic Introduction to Curve Modelling)

By BlendMaster

In this video I will be showing you how to easily convert any 2D image into a 3D object/model in Blender. It’s really simple and all that needs doing is tracing your picture with one of the built-in curve tools, then making adjustments so it follows along well enough for modeling purposes (tweaking settings like width & height). At around 1 hour 15 minutes through until end there are two more videos – one about creating cool wallpapers out images we’ve created ourselves; another which shows us some other neat tricks!

Thanks for watching! I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial and learn something new. If there are any future suggestions, feel free to leave them in the comments below or on my Facebook page (Facebook/Tutorials), don’t forget to like it if i’ve made your day with a helpful tip ;D also remember that everylike helps me improve so thanks again- Patreon link is down here: https://www2.patreon backers gain access before anyone else does).
